The hotel location was fantastic, everything was within walking distance! breakfast really impressed me. I think it's one of the best hotel breakfasts i've ever had! the receptionist named claus even were very good too. I was really excited!
i did find that housekeeping required a request.

The queen room was notably clean. It also offered lovely toiletries. i noticed that the bed and pillows provided great comfort. This enhanced my relaxation. the room size suited two people perfectly for a short stay of two nights.

The central location allows easy exploration. I appreciated the proximity to the metro. many sites were accessible within walking distance. This made sightseeing very convenient. nyhavn, amalienborg palace, and christiansborg palace were easily reachable.

The staff at the reception desk were cute and helpful. They made check-in smooth. when i asked for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, they readily provided useful information. their kindness contributed positively to my stay. I really valued it.

I found the location superb. Key attractions were easily accessible. the staff were also friendly and very helpful. i appreciated the checkout time at 12. This allowed us to have coffee and pack without rushing.
i noticed there was no air conditioning in the rooms. opening the window provided some airflow, but street noise became noticeable.

The breakfast buffet offered a substantial selection with fresh, well prepared foods. It seemed well worth the cost. hart and buka bakeries are a must and easily accessible by walking, expanding the dining options.

The staff were really friendly and professional, a point worth mentioning. my emails before the visit received prompt responses and my requests were accommodated. I appreciated that. the receptionist was attentive while we waited for our airport transfer

lack of air conditioninginadequate soundproofing
The room lacked proper climate control. it was quite warm and there was no air conditioning, made for an uncomfortable sleep. furthermore, the soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms, disturbing my rest at night.

some issues
small sinkflat pillows
the room felt quite small to me even though i booked a larger one. the bathroom sink was tiny it was hard to wash my face. the pillows were a letdown they seemed to flatten out as soon as i put my head on them this made it difficult to get comfortable and sleep well. i also noticed a constant creaking from the toilet seat this was very annoying and disruptive.

i appreciated the fast check-in process. the room was ready upon my arrival. i found the bed very large and the pillows comfortable. i also found the staff to be friendly, always smiling and ready to assist with any questions i had.
The lack of temperature control in the room was inconvenient. I could not adjust the heating or cooling, and i had to rely on a small, somewhat noisy fan for ventilation.
